Summer Meeting registration includes the Networking Welcome Reception, breakfast on both days, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, complimentary ice cream and access to the beer garden on Tuesday, entertainment, and entry for door prizes. Summer Meeting registration is required to purchase and participate in the sporting events. Summer Meeting registration is not required to attend the Oilfield Patriot Award Event on Monday evening.

Cancellations must be made in writing to Deneen Welker at dwelker@ooga.org. The refund schedule is as follows: Prior to July 24, 2017 – full refund, less $25.00 administrative fee. After July 24, 2017 – No refunds. You are encouraged to substitute or transfer the registration to another attendee.
